   Lake City native Jordanne Blair was named Miss Rodeo Iowa 2010 during the Miss Rodeo Iowa Pageant held in conjunction with the Tri-State Rodeo in Fort Madison, Iowa September 10-12.  On her way to winning the title she earned the coveted horsemanship and speech awards.  A 2005 graduate of Southern Cal High School, Jordanne graduated from South Dakota State University in May 2009 with degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Apparel Merchandising. She is currently employed with Atlas Media, a multi-media company in Johnston and also holds a part time job at the Texas Roadhouse .

   Active for many years in high school rodeo, she continues to compete in open and jackpot barrel races. Jordanne is no stranger to the world of rodeo royalty, she held the Miss Teen Rodeo Iowa title in 2004 and the Iowa High School Rodeo Queen title in 2005. While competing in the national high school pageant, she garnered a 9th place overall finish. In college she rode on the NCAA Equestrian Team at SDSU; competing in horsemanship and reining.
