Judy Rogers - President
Residing in Ft. Collins, CO, Judy has been coaching young women for several years working with them to improve their horsemanship skills and pageant preparations. She was a presenter at the Rodeo Royalty Seminar at the 2010 Miss Rodeo America Pageant in Las Vegas, NV, in December.
She continues to improve her own horsemanship skills with coaching and training from notable horsemen as Roy Yates and Jerry Diaz, as well as the late
Ray Hunt
. Her horse background includes competing in the rodeo arena in team roping, pole bending, and breakaway roping as well as dressage and cross‐country eventing.
Additionally, Judy has seven years of sales experience with Saks Corp. where she received the
Hall of Fame award
for three consecutive years, and a Cornerstone award for Selling Excellence in a 5‐state region. She has over 20 years of experience in the auction industry with Sage Auction Solutions as the marketing and event coordinator. She is a graduate of

Jill (Perkins) Neumann - Vice President
Reigning as Miss Rodeo Iowa 2002, Jill brought home the Miss Rodeo America 2003 Pageant Speech Award. She also held the Sidney, Iowa Rodeo Queen title which inspired her to run for the state honor. She has previously served three terms as the . President of the Board of Directors and has been involved with the Miss Rodeo Iowa program since her reign. Jill served as a clinic co-chair for 3 years and has helped mentor many young ladies to help them to obtain their goals. She also served on the Miss Rodeo Aksarben Committe for 4 years. Jill is a graduate of Briar Cliff University with a degree in Mass Communications and works in Human Resources for NEI Global Relocation in Omaha, NE. She and her husband, Nick are proud new parents of a baby boy, Drew.
Irene Blazek-Pauley - Secretary
Irene Blazek Pauley got started with rodeo queens as the Woodbine
Saddle Club
Royalty Coordinator in 1999. Since then she has coached many girls in their quest for rodeo queen titles and continues to support all who ask for her assistance. By day Irene teaches
high school special education math
and
sixth grade math
at Missouri Valley Schools. She is currently
working on her
master's degree in special education
. At home, Irene has two children, two horses, and too many cats to mention.
Rowly Burton - Treasurer
Rowly and his wife Deb live on a farm in west-central Iowa, where Rowly farms and works as a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser. Deb is an 8th grade reading teacher in Atlantic. Rowly and Deb have two daughters. Sarah is a graduate student at Bethel Seminary in
St Paul, MN
. Rachel is a junior at
Iowa State University
. Known as the "Rodeo Queen Dad", Rowly put many miles on his truck while Rachel held the titles of Miss Teen Rodeo Iowa and Miss National Federation of Professional Bullriders.
Paula Jameson - National Director and Miss Rodeo Iowa Pageant Director
A queen mom, Paula's daughter Bethany held the titles of Miss Teen Rodeo Iowa 2001, Miss Rodeo Leon, Miss Rodeo Lenox, Miss United Rodeo Association and Miss Rodeo Aksarben. She has been involved with horses and rodeos all of her life. Paula is a co-director of the Miss NFPB Pageant and works as the Marketing Director for the National Federation of Professional Bullriders. She and husband Randy live in Southwest Iowa.

Connie Wiemold - Miss Teen Rodeo Iowa Pageant Director
Connie has been active in rodeo queening for the lat 9 years. her daughter, Megan has held the titles of Miss United Rodeo Association 2002, Miss Rodeo Aksarben 2003 and Miss Rodeo Iowa 2004. Connie also coordinate the Miss Rodeo Cherokee pageant in 2004. Horses have always been a major interest to Connie and her family. She was a project leader of the Cherokee Cavaliers, a 4-H club that specializes in horses and was instrumental in encouraging 4-Hers to take part in state hippology, quiz bowl, grooming contests and horse judging competitions. While a leader, the Cherokee County Cavalier teams won all four state titles and went on to compete at the Denver Stock Show, place third among the nation in hippolog in 2001.
Kimber (Metcalf) Dall - Board Member
Kimber (Metcalf) Dall was Miss Rodeo Iowa 2003. She resides on an acreage in Dike, Iowa, with her husband Doug and son, Cooper. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science from Upper Iowa University and works in Human Resources at the Target Regional Distribution Center in Cedar Falls, Iowa. She has been on the board of directors for Miss Rodeo Iowa since its inception in 2006 and previously served as Miss Rodeo Iowa Clinic co-chair for 3 years and has emceed the Miss Rodeo Iowa Pageant since 2005. Additionally, since 2005 she has been the State co-coordinator of the
Iowa High School Rodeo Association Queen Competition
, having two of her representatives place in the top ten and two in the top twenty at the
National High School Rodeo Finals
Queen Competition.
She and Doug, along with her aunt Mary Lou Roberts, began and started the Larry Roberts Rodeo Spirit Award.
Megan (Wiemold) Piggot
- Board Member
Megan and her husband Jason live on a farm in Cherokee.
She teaches 8
th
grade English and reading at Cherokee Middle School.
During the summer months, Megan gives riding lessons, judges
horse shows
, and trains horses.
She held the titles of Miss Rodeo Iowa 2004, Miss Rodeo Ak-sar-ben 2003, and Miss United Rodeo Association 2002.
Jim Heckman - Board Member
Jim is the current President of the Dayton Championship PRCA Rodeo held annually over Labor Day weekend in Dayton, IA. He is married to Lynne with three children, Collin, Ryan and Erica. They all enjoy ridding comptetitively and spending time camping and trail riding. Jim is a National Sales Manager for Latham Hi-Tech Seeds in Alexander, IA.
Amanda Eason - Advisory Member, Clinic Chair
Reigning as Miss Rodeo Iowa 2007, Amanda was a top-ten finalist at the Miss Rodeo America Pageant. She also received the Central Region Scholarship Award along with the Raeana Wadhams Spirit Award. She is currently a student at the College of Veterinary Medicine at Iowa State University. As the outgoing titleholder she sits on the board in an advisory position and was named co-chair of the annual Miss Rodeo Iowa clinic.
